"We heard high praise of him"
With the expert professional assistance of Brian Guevara, we're happy to say we recently closed on our new home, located on Stone Street in Ventura. From the outset of our search, we decided to choose Brian as our realtor because we had heard high prise of him from other family members whom he had previously assisted. We relocated from the Bay Area, which was a complicated and huge move for us, yet Brian made our transition an experience of being welcomed into our new community. With dedication, genuine caring and patience, Brian worked with us for nearly a year and a half, assisting us with the planning and decision-making and taking the time to show us dozens of homes before we selected this house. Once Brian found our home, he went into negotiating mode and helped us save nearly $20,000! His team went into action, took over the file, and handed all of the minute details, creating an exceptionally smooth closing, and easing things for us in the transition period. Because Brian and his stff were so professional and proactive, we were able to take advantage of a great loan program that we might otherwise have lost. And equally important, he helped us maintain our balance during a period when we were absolutely overwhelmed with "life and career" projects. Throughout the purchasing process, Brian and his team were great communicators. They were in constant contact with us, coordinated the efforts of our two lenders, and fielded all of our calls and questions, anticipating our concerns and actively working to calm our fears. Even after the sale, Brian continues to follow up with us to make sure that all is well. We are extremely pleased with Brian and his home buying system and will refer our friends and acquaintances to him so tht we can also be treated like a V.I.P. Our only regret is that he was not our realtor handling the sale of our home in the Bay Area, which probably would have made that sale much easier and profitable. We also know that our Bay Area friends would appreciate and love him as much as we do.

Cosmetic Improvements >Kitchen Clutter
The kitchen is usually very important to prospective buyers. Your kitchen may not be new and state-of-the-art, but it should look its best.
Your kitchen should be spotlessly clean and well organized while your home is on the market. The counter tops should be clean and free of clutter, and the floor should shine. Appliances should be clean and in good working order. You may want to add a few decorator touches or replace cabinets, flooring, and even appliances for a small investment. Dollars spent on kitchen improvements usually pay major dividends when you sell your home. If you are planning to sell your home and need some advice in this area, an agent will be happy to discuss your options with you.
