"We had a way out of our mess"
Thank you very much for helping us sell our home. We are so fortunate to have met you. Before you we thought no one could help us and we had no hope. You shared with us our options and we realized that not only were we not alone but we had a way out of our mess. You were able to sell our home and help us save our credit from any further deterioration by stopping the foreclosure process dead in its tracks! When the lender said that they no longer wanted to work with us and were going to auction our house at the foreclosure the next day because of a last minute problem with the buyer, you didn't give up. Thank you for trying one last time to convince the lender that all would be better served if they gave us the 24-hour extension that we needed. Then to step in with our buyer even though you weren't their agent to help them better understand their process so that they would finalize their end so that we can close our sale, that was terrific, when others might say, "that's not my job". We are so impressed with your dedication to helping us that we want to refer you to other people that we know can benefit by dealing with such an individual as yourself. We will now work to rebuild our credit and try to buy a home once again, but this time with your guidance so that we do it rignt.

Investment Real Estate >Real Estate Booms
Some economists link the buying habits of "baby boomers" to the demand for homes in this country. They argue that the population will stabilize or decline as these potential buyers age and their children are grown.
What is left out of such a picture is that the emerging real estate market is made up of people who are immigrating to this country. When these newcomers have achieved a stable income, they look for the best living situation they can find, often preferring buying to renting.
Real estate continues to be an attractive investment opportunity. If you are sitting out the current market because you are afraid that the appreciation won't continue, you may want to re-think your decision. Today's market is providing opportunities for homeowners and smart investors from all over the globe.
