"Brian knew exactly how to market our home"
We have just closed escrow on our beloved home. A home where we intended to live for may years. Unfortunately due to medical and job reasons we were forced to let it go. We initially contacted Brian Guevara about a house that he had for rent. We knew Brian as he was the one that helped us buy this home several years ago. After we told him the reason why we were looking to rent he told us about options that we didn't know existed, loan modification and short sale. The loan modification wasn't going to work for us because of the huge medical bills that we had. So we opted to sell it. We weren't too optimisitic about the potential but Brian assured us that we were doing the right thing. Well sure enough several weeks later we had several offers and one of them went all the way to the end. Brian's Home Marketing System was able to sell our home in 35 days faster than the average listing has been in the market in our development! We believe because of his experience of nearly 25 years in the real estate industry Brian knew exactly how to market our home to receive multiple offers when all the others have failed. We intend to repair our situation and buy once again and when we do we will certainly use Brian. Until then we will gladly refer our friends to him so that they can benefit from the same service that we had.
