Going the Extra Distance

We commend Brian on the professionalism he represents. He represented us in our recent purchase of a home in Fillmore, and we were more than delighted with his services. He worked with our selling agent, our lender, etc. to make the transition as smooth as possible. When our selling agent was unavailable (due to business reasons) the weekend we were to close, Brian stepped in and resolved some problems for us that would have delayed the closing had he not been there for us.
He represents the difference between a "realtor" and a "professional"; we found to our dismay that there are many out there who use the title of realtor but have neither professionalism nor concern for their clients. Brian never failed to go the extra distance for us in this sale and purchase, staying in contact with us so that we were never bogged down in the myriad of paperwork or problems that normally occur. His explanations of what to expect, what to do, what to sign, kept us on track and on time in this purchase.
