Looming Deadline
With the recent purchase of property in Santa Paula I became acquainted with Brian. While acting on behalf of my father to locate and purchase a piece of real estate we had an almost impossible job to do and without the skill and tenancity of Brian it wouldn't of happened. I have dealt with quite a few realtors in my life and by far Brian was the most professional, skilled and charming I have ever dealt with. I must comment here that I was even more impressed with his business ethics, his honest and sincere caring (I must tell you that personally I am not an easy customer for sales people to deal with, after working for salespersons for the last 8 years I am immune to false charmes and smiling faces. Our particular transaction was not an easy sell for Brian, with difficult paperwork, a looming deadline, endless delays and then a seller becoming impossible and almost sinking the whole deal, Brian remained calm and professional. He was always available when I would call with questions, problems and concerns.
