Brian was always very informative, honest and upfront with us in our transaction which I'm sure was very difficult as he had a very hard time finding a buyer for our property.

When Brian took over the sale of our property, he pretty much had a gun to his head as the last agent had 8 months in which to sell the property, accomplished absolutely nothing and basically left us with a house that was on the verge of foreclosure.

Brian worked very hard with the loan company that was ready to put us into foreclosure and kept them apprised of the situation all the way through. It was refreshing to have an agent that urged us to be realistic in our pricing and that along those lines it would enable us to finally be rid of our "white elephant".

I only hope and pray that his services after the sale is as conscientious and knowledgeable. My husband knew what he was talking about when he wanted to deal with Brian in the first place.
