"Brian relieved our load by taking charge."
I contacted Brian originally to have him help us rent out our condo. We had just had a tenant leave and we were having difficulty in re-renting it. I learned about Brian through the Internet but I didn’t know him. I asked him a lot of questions at first and he patiently answered them clearly to me. I felt comfortable enough to ask him to find us a tenant, which he did in short order. The only problem is that we were actually having financial difficulties and realized that we couldn’t keep it. We explored the options of selling it through Brian and after much discussion we decided to go for it. Brian would act as our agent in dealing with our lender for our short pay purposes. Times were tough as I was nine months pregnant and not working and my husband was having difficulty keeping work due to the slowing economy. It was a lot of pressure but we Brian relieved our load by taking charge. I’m glad that he did because shortly thereafter we had an emergency surgery to deliver our beautiful boy early. It was a scary time and frankly I don’t know what we would’ve done without Brian. Through Brian’s marketing system everything went as planned and he saved our credit by not allowing our home go to the auction block. Another thing we liked about Brian is that even though we were preoccupied with our baby, work and other things and couldn’t always respond to Brian as quickly as we wanted he without fail would keep us informed like clockwork. We always felt that things were in control. Brian and his staff are the best and we recommend him to anyone needing to market their property.

Accepting An Offer >The First Offer
Often the first offer to come in is the best one. When a house is fresh on the market, there is usually a rush of activity and the buyers who see it during the first thirty days are likely to be the most interested. While your home is new on the market, it will receive the most exposure, so the chances of finding a serious buyer are greater during this period of time. If you are fortunate enough to receive an offer right away, you will probably be better off if you accept it and work on resolving any issues that arise relative to price and terms.
