Your expertise, guidance and dedication was invaluable in helping us attain our home-no question about it. We know it was a challenge for you to work on this CALFHA loan, most lenders and realtors shy away from it because it is time consuming and difficult to work with. You on the other hand never gave us an indication or unwillingness to help us clear any hurdle to make the negotiations with the sellers' agents, lender or escrow company be handled in an expert and timely manner.
