Everything that Brian promised came true.
My wife and I recently purchased a townhouse from the Brian Guevara Team who is with your company. We want to let you know that we are happy with his services and that of his colleague Sandra Torres. We contacted Brian over a year ago to be put on his mailing list as we were getting ready to make that purchase. When the time was right Brian introduced us to his team of lenders and buyer specialists. At first it was a tough go out there as there was a lot of competition for homes in our price range. His buyer specialist, Sandra, told us to be patient as things would soon work out to our benefit. After a couple of months her predictions turned out accurate. Not only was something available in our price range but it was actually much larger than what we originally had offered to us. Once again we were involved with multiple offers with an REO lender. But this time we negotiated the winning contract with Brian’s Marketing System saving us thousands of dollars in fees! Everything that Brian promised came true. Now my wife and I are in the process of moving into our townhouse and making it our home. Another thing that we like about him is that even after the sale he takes our calls and listens to all of our questions and offers us his advice. We really appreciate that after sale commitment to us. He doesn’t just get his check and walk away. He is truly our realtor for life as we intend to send him referrals.
