"All of a sudden we found the perfect place"
My wife and I recently purchased a home from Brian Guevara through his marketing system. I’ve known Brian since I was a young boy and today I am Sergeant in the Marine Corps with a young family. It was time that we stopped renting and invest in our future. So we made an appointment with Brian and got the ball rolling. Because of my military background I qualify for a loan backed by the Veteran’s Administration. This is a great opportunity for someone like me who because of being in the service we don’t have the opportunity to have huge down payments that which most conventional loans require. We started our search and my wife and I couldn’t agree on the right home and so after many showings we hadn’t hit pay dirt yet. Then all of a sudden we found the perfect place that we wanted to call home. This is where Brian’s experience benefited us greatly. He coached us on how to approach this seller, an REO lender, and because of his advice Brian saved us $31,000! He did this by negotiating the price down by $27,000 and getting the lender to agree to pay for four thousand dollars of our V.A. closing costs. Near the end things got a little tight for us due to some miscues by the lender but Brian stepped in and took care of everything allowing us to breathe a sigh of relief and allow us to buy our first home. Brian was great during the escrow process and after. He followed up with us a few days and a few weeks after the close of escrow, which we thought, was neat. So much so that we have already referred his name to a couple of our friends because we trust Brian to treat them right. My wife and I want to commend you for having Brian a part of your RE/MAX office.
